If you are a homeowner and wish to make a payment on your account, please click on your association tab and find the blue payment link on the top of your  drop down menu.  This will redirect you to your Associations Online Payment Portal.  Only maintenance and assessment payments can be made online.  All estoppel and questionnaire payments must be made in the form of Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or business check.   Please click on your association for more details.

 

As the accounting firm for the above-mentioned Association, we prepare all required estoppel and condo questionnaires. The fee associated for each Form is $250.00 in the form of Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Business Check from the Title Company payable to Arenson & Sandhouse, P.A. This will provide a 10 business day turn­ around time. We offer expediting services for a fee of $350.00 which will provide a 48-72 hour turn-around time.

An inspection fee of $150.00 will also be required to ensure there are no outstanding violations on the property.   Make payable to Empire Management Professionals in the form of Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Business Check from the Title Company.  Should there be any violations on the property then a re-inspection fee of $150.00 will be required.
